2. What categories of personal data does VSG BULGARIA EOOD collect and the purposes of the processing:

In pursuing our activities, VSG BULGARIA EOOD processes personal data of natural persons representing our clients and contracting parties – managers, employees etc. –mainly for the purposes of for the performance of contracts; or for the purposes of our legitimate interests for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims – grounds for data processing pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1 b and f, and Art. 9, para. 2 f of GDPR. In these cases the data processed is transferred to us by our clients and are connected to the data subject’s physical identity, economic identity, as well as data concerning health, and are used for the purposes outlined in the contracts with our clients.

            For the purposes of the fiscal-accounting accountability, VSG BULGARIA EOOD processes personal data on the grounds described in Art. 6, para. 1 c as well as Art. 9, para. 2 of GDPR for job applicants, employees and natural persons contracting parties as well as representatives of legal persons contracting parties. The categories of data processed relate to the physical, social, family and economic identity and to the person’s health.

VSG BULGARIA EOOD processes the personal data of its employees in accordance with the Internal rules for data processing, the labour contract and the applicable legislation.

VSG BULGARIA EOOD processes data based on the data subject’s consent only if the consent given has been free, specific, informed and unambiguous.

In extraordinary circumstances VSG BULGARIA EOOD can process personal data on other grounds as outlined in GDPR. VSG BULGARIA EOOD informs every data subject of the specific grounds for processing of the data subject’s personal data.

The data processing is done for the specific and precisely prescribed by law purposes, and the data is processed lawfully and in good faith and cannot be additionally processed in a way that is inconsistent with those purposes. The data processing does not exceed the period required for the achievement of the lawful purposes.

Our clients are not obligated to provide us with personal data. Failure to provide us with personal data would result in our inability to conclude a contract with the client and to provide adequate legal consultation.

VSG BULGARIA EOOD stores the personal data processed for a period set out in the register pursuant to Art. 30, para. 1 of GDPR (art. 62, para. 1 of the Bulgarian Law for protection of personal data). The company stores your personal data for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which said data was collected; or in accordance with the storage period established in applicable legislation. In any case we take measures to limit the access to the personal data in light of the current data processing and the relevant purposes.

GDPR provides the data subjects with a number of rights which you can exercise should you feel that our processing of personal data infringes upon your interests:

The consideration of your requests is entirely free of charge unless the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character. In this case GDPR entitles us to charge a reasonable fee for the implementation of the request, or to refuse any actions pursuant to your request.
