What motivates you to create a QA internship program?
Banking software demands impeccable quality and security. QA is the cornerstone of that reliability. This program lets us train the next generation, pass on our knowledge, and attract motivated people at the start of their IT careers.
When does the program start, and how is it structured?
Planned start: autumn 2025, duration: 6 months.
The format is fully on-site in our Plovdiv and Veliko Tarnovo offices, with practical tasks on real projects. Each intern works with a dedicated mentor throughout the program.

Who is it for, and which teams will host interns?
The program targets:
-
Students or recent graduates in Informatics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
-
Graduates of QA academies/courses who want hands-on experience on real corporate projects.
Interns will be based in Quality Assurance but will collaborate closely with Development and DevOps.
What selection criteria matter most? Do candidates need specific courses or degrees?
Motivation, attention to detail, and analytical thinking are essential.
Basic programming knowledge and English proficiency are important. Completing a QA course or academy is an advantage.

Which areas will interns develop in?
-
Manual Testing: Functional, regression, and integration testing on real banking modules.
-
Test Automation: Selenium, Playwright, Postman, GitHub Actions.
-
Test Design: Writing test plans, test cases, and professional bug reports.
-
Team & CI/CD: Working in cross-functional teams and participating in Continuous Integration/Deployment processes.
These are key technologies and practices for modern QA—interns will learn them in a real environment.

How is the relationship formalized? Is it paid?
Yes. The internship is paid and offered under a fixed-term employment contract for the full duration. Each participant receives ongoing feedback from a mentor.
How many people will join?
Up to four interns per cohort; duration is 6 months.
